3.4.3 Faculty-led Study Abroad Programs
A. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for Faculty-led study abroad programs.
B. Persons Affected
Faculty, staff, and administrators.
C. Definitions
Not applicable.
D. Policy
Faculty-led study abroad courses shall comply with procedures established by Academic Affairs and the Office of International Programs.
E. Responsibilities
Provost and Executive Director and Associate Director of the Office International Programs.
F. Procedures
The procedures for obtaining approval for a Faculty-Led Study Abroad program are provided on the Office of International Programs' webpage.
G. Review
The divisional head for this policy is the Provost. This policy shall be reviewed every five years or sooner if necessary by the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs in consultation with the Faculty Senate.
