NURS 7392 Practicum II for the DNP-NA AGACNP

Building on Practicum I, this clinical course continues to focus on acute and critical care management for the adult and geriatric populations. Residents will engage in in-depth study and clinical application of acute care principles within medical-surgical and critical care specialty areas. Integration of advanced clinical skills, evidence-based practice, and ethical decision-making in the management of acutely ill patients is emphasized. Hands-on experience will take place in a variety of acute care and critical care settings, including hospitals and specialty clinics.
