NURS 6363 Essentials for the AGACNP

This course is designed to introduce theoretical and evidence-based content for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic health problems.  Students will develop entry level competency in procedural skills specific to adult gerontology acute care practice with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.
