NURS 6331 Health Policy & Advocacy for DNP Leaders
This course emphasizes the importance of the policymaking process as it relates to health care in the United States and helps DNP-prepared nurses become more skilled in health policy advocacy, health policy analysis, and health policy research. The focus is on problem identification and agenda setting, policy analysis, strategy and policy development/design, policy adoption/enactment, and implementation of policy and evaluation of the programs spawned by policy.

NURS 6343 or permission of DNP director
