Writing Technologies and Digital Rhetoric Minor (18 Hours)
The Writing Technologies and Digital Rhetoric Minor emphasizes intellectual connectivity among texts, data, and technologies. It teaches students how to transfer the skills of critiquing written texts to critiquing and writing about multimodal texts and data in digital platforms, including machine-driven writing (AI). This minor satisfies bachelor's degree requirements of English and other disciplines. Students must complete four required courses in English and two electives with C or above to count toward the minor. No course for the minor should count twice toward a degree plan.
