MANA 6325 Institutional Effectiveness for Higher Education

This course explores the theories, frameworks, and practices associated with institutional effectiveness in higher education. Through critical analysis of case studies, scholarly literature, and empirical research, students will examine the various dimensions of institutional effectiveness, including assessment, accreditation, strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. The course will also explore the role of leadership, governance, and organizational culture in fostering institutional effectiveness.
