BLAW 6323 Higher Education Policy, Law, & Contemporary Issues

This course examines the legal, political, and social dimensions of higher education, and emerging challenges and opportunities facing higher education institutions and leaders. The course will provide students an in-depth understanding of higher education law and policy, higher education governance and accountability, higher education advocacy and influence, higher education ethics and values, higher education innovation and change, and higher education trends and future directions.
