HRD 5309 HR Technology

This course explores the intersection of human resource (HR) functions and emerging technologies to optimize people, teams, and organizations. Students will critically evaluate and apply various HR technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), communication platforms, collaborative workspaces, and project-based digital tools. Students will engage in hands-on experimentation with diverse technologies to understand their impact on development, communication, collaboration, and innovation in organizational settings.
