IBMS 6324 Inflammatory Disorders

This doctoral-level course is designed to expose students to the current literature about the overall description of chronic inflammatory disorders with a focus on chronic inflammation and related human diseases. The students will also learn about the cellular and molecular mechanisms of chronic inflammation, their consequences, and the potential treatment options using examples of comment human diseases with chronic inflammation as main pathology. This course will be taught through lectures, current literature reviews, and discussions.
