The study of the Occupational, Safety, and Health Act (OSHA) standards that regulate safe practices in industry. This course will provide useful practical knowledge for workplace safety which is mandated by OSHA. Students will also identify, evaluate, and control hazards and potential hazards to prevent or mitigate harm or damage to people, property, or the environment.
