This course will explore ethical issues, dilemmas, problem-solving, and skill acquisition in Field Practicum, providing both peer and instructor support and feedback. The course will prepare students for their practicum, help them understand how the practicum is related to other components of the foundation curriculum, and guide them through an initial process of integration of theory and practice. Students will be introduced to social work core competencies and practice behaviors.
