NURS 6388 Practicum VI for the AGACNP
Building on Practicum V, this clinical course continues to focus on acute and critical care management for the adult and geriatric populations. Students will engage in in-depth study and clinical application of acute care principles within medical-surgical specialty areas. Integration of advanced clinical skills, evidence-based practice, and ethical decision-making in the management of acutely ill patients is emphasized. Hands-on experience will take place in a variety of acute care settings, including hospitals and specialty clinics.
