MANA 3318 Project Management Analytics
This course provides an overview of project management practices and analytical tools such as Gnatt charts, PERT and Critical Path analyses, and project budgeting. Emphasis will be placed on how these and other tools can be applied to the project management setting across a variety of businesses and industry sectors.
