BLAW 3306 Commercial Law

This course explores areas of law affecting commerce. Students will take an in-depth look at laws impacting contracts, sales and leases, negotiable instruments, secured transactions, bankruptcy, property, insurance, and consumer protection. This course aims to provide students with an awareness of legal risks that go along with commercial activity and a framework for mitigating those risks.
