NURS 6371 Advanced Leadership I
Students will focus on utilization of strengths-based leadership and expert clinical management skills to address complex healthcare issues through implementation of the DNP Project. Organizational and systems approaches to healthcare delivery, practice problems, and professional issues are explored. Principles of epidemiology, health promotion, cost-effective care, data-driven decision-making and evidence-based practice are incorporated. Includes advanced practice or leadership practicum (125 hours).
