BIOL 1350 Science and Pseudoscience

This course will be delivered as a survey of popular "pseudoscientific" claims with emphasis on the philosophy of science as demarcation, evidential warrant, scientific progress, science and public policy, and fallacies of reasoning. This course satisfies 3 hours of either the core or STEM requirement.
