Chemistry Teacher Certification
Total Semester Credit Hours=128
All students wishing to be certified to teach chemistry (8-12), or science (4-8) in Texas public schools must complete the Academic Foundations, Professional Development, required science courses (8-12, see curriculum below), and meet the requirements described in the Certification section of the College of Education and Psychology section of this catalog.
